How to find out the reason why a new laptop and your interface?

Bought a new Asus VivoBook (Ryzen 5, Radeon, 8GB, 250 ssd). Put a fresh Kubuntu and during the day the OS randomly freezes: then, while watching a video, the browser then in the IDE. Hangs thoroughly. Sometimes you can move the cursor. Sometimes even she can't. Ctrl+Alt+F2 etc does not help. Rescues only reset. One day may hang so 3-4 times.

I started to do when I do a fresh OS put, any program except the browser is not set. And still. Drivers and updates installed.

In fact, no one there is no crystal ball. But at least tell me what logs to look at and generally in what side to dig? I'm not Linux like a fish to water. If nothing happens I'll try just ubuntu. Then windows.

Look in the UEFI. If there's a setting "C State Control" - try to disable it and see will not stop hovering.

It seems to me that the demon's entropy is not running... Try it.
sudo systemctl enable haveged --now
