Suggest to register on Upwork, to understand beforehand how to withdraw money how to pay taxes.
After that, it's hard to take on different projects, not necessarily pompous and richly paid.
The main challenge will be getting your karma and, most importantly, the acquisition of programming experience. As my friend - the experience did not clap, did not immediately pick up. I think in a year when you pump skill and will be released in a couple of kilodollars a month without leaving the apartment, you will be able to answer your own question.
Well, there's always the tractor, Canada, or decadent America, although I would certainly recommend Europe - home to visit to fly closer and cheaper. And somehow the Europeans closer to us mentality. Especially in some of Poland or the Czech Republic.
