Positioning not working as you need on different devices how to solve?

Hi all. Have this in my template: https://jsbin.com/nicoyuyoba/edit?html output the fact that if you look at the resolution > of 1600, it seems normal elements that are positioned relative to the picture, if viewed on a laptop or on my iPad, the items slide as in width and height, while the parent element has fixed width and is position: relative. The question is, what am I doing wrong and how to solve? I want all devices showed the same.

Google about responsive design, media queries.
Well to do media in each size and do the positioning for each size is easy, but not for me and I don't know all screen sizes users - Kristofer_Kshlerin42 commented on April 3rd 20 at 18:39
@Kristofer_Kshlerin42, then use em instead of px or vw.

The item with the picture should not be of a fixed size and aspect ratio. The signature brand to beat, counting the pixels in percent. The size of the letters also needs to dance to, for example, from vw in this case
