How to set "priority" collider?

Good night master. Can't understand this simple question. On the playing field there is an object occupying the entire screen space of the user, it is not visible, and when clicking on it the action is, a key in the gameplay. Besides that, there are about 5 other graphic objects, to put it simply characters. They also have a Collider, to verify contact with each other.
What's the question?
If you press your finger on most of these characters, not the empty space, the Collider is responsible for the gameplay simply doesn't see the tap, and nothing happens.
How to set priority or something like that, that would first of all register the touch on the key object?

Solution
Use layersto filter colliders.

Solution
1. Or layers,
2. Or move a large object a little back to colliders, small objects closer to the user,
3. Or check the location of the Collider small objects major at the touch coordinates and transfer artificially (through code) event touch for the large object.
