What is the chip configuration in which permanent memory is located in a single housing with FPGA?

I need to know if there are chips with FPGA(FPGA) in which the configuration memory (ROM) located in one housing with FPGA. It have to be less chips (hardware insights) on the Board. If there is such a chip, please send links to relevant circuits or write their names. Thanks in advance.

All CPLD from Altera like have memory inside the chip. That is FPGA like this is not caught.
Thanks for the reply! Will consider the application of CPLD in your project, as a possible alternative to FPGA - walton.Weima commented on April 3rd 20 at 18:53

Want internal memory structure of the FPGA - welcome to the world of ACTEL!
Namely, the ProASIC family of FPGAs(already a little old), IGLOO(too old), IGLOO2, 's Smartfusion(too old), SmartFusion2, PolarFire
If you need advice on ACTEL - contact
