Why do two objects at one and the same place have different Transform?

There is a point at which when you start to spawn objects with scripts and cameras players. For some reason, the coordinates of these objects are different from the coordinates of the points of spawn (on the screenshot you can see that they are one and the same place) and after starting the camera appears outside the map. Take a look at the component Transform:

You "slingshot" the transform draws at the center of the object, you switch the mode on the pivot and everything will become clearer.
