How to fill telegrams bot on Python on the server?

Wrote the bot.
You need to upload to free hosting https://www.pythonanywhere.com/
In order to do that,you need to most bash console website download the python library,with which I wrote this bot.I downloaded it.
Now I need to fill the file with the bot in a special section and there click on "Run".
Then open the console and it should start and work but not me(
The problem is that the console doesn't recognize the module telebot,although when I was running the bot from your computer,then everything works fine.
Here is the code:
import telebot
bot = telebot.TeleBot('#Token bot')
def send(message):
if message.text =='hello':
bot.send_message(message.chat.id,'Hi!')

bot.polling()

1. Though imported and telebot, but it is necessary to put the module pytelegrambotapi, this is the right official.
2. On pythonanywhere, you need to consider the format depending on what version of the pose.
For example, for python3.7 should be put:
pip3.7 install --user pytelegrambotapi

If the hosting no module telebot, it is necessary to go there to install (usually you can do pip install telebot). Here's their own instructions to this effect https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/InstallingNe...
The telebot module is the library module pytelegrambotapi. - shaina.Kerluke commented on April 4th 20 at 00:35
@xochitl.Kerluke, I posted a couple of times small telegram-bots, and used some other library, so for this I will not say. - glenna_Carroll87 commented on April 4th 20 at 00:38
