Should I write own IDE for Python?

Hello, I would like to write your own IDE in Python what do I need and is it worth to bother about this.
I would also like to warn the programming engaged in only a month.

If programming only deal a month, you need to write your operating system.
Its IDE is for those who already 2 month program.

How would it not sound cliche, but it all depends on the purpose for which you write the IDE. If your problems can be solved in a ready-made IDE, then why waste time on it? though nobody cancelled the practice, but it is better to approach the issue rationally.
