Tools for creating animation and particle effects in cocos2d?

Manually register very long.
Probably used tools that generate something .plist or .json in TexturePacker, which is already prescribed timestamp and all the effects. Then left to do the import, create the effect from a file. Like this

In 3D games such as similarly described efekty destruction, all in one file when the object is destroyed conditionally create the effect from a file which is already spelled out animation effect.

This is a particle effect, a manual register is very long and many rows.
