How to run NODE app on vestacp?

Put vestacp, trying to run it on a simple app with node js
const express = require('express'),
 app = express(),
 port = 3000;

app.get('/',(request,response)=>{
console.log('sdf');
})

app.listen(port,(err)=>{
if(err){
console.log(err);
}
 console.log('Server is running');
})

It runs but when I turn on the tab in the address:port in the console nothing is written, if I do send the same, nothing happens.
Writes only unable to access the website
How to start the application
