there is a script that executes for ~10 minutes and he needs to pass the values
if I'm using curl will give him a post will it run if I close the browser the page that sent the request? and will it even work?
No, it will not work, you will have some time out. For long lasting performance use call php-cgi. There is already a run time unlimited.

You can make two scripts or one. The essence of what one fulfills data for the second cron saves data in a json file or database. But this solution can be improved IMHO.

Will not. Closing the page, You kill the network thread along with a running script.
To get around without a crown - only as a self-reference with the early completion of the current: for post-to-have, "pulled" themselves via curl and then made current to obtain holding the loop on the socket.

Run, if you set the run time, or you can use set_time_limit. Even if you close the browser. But it is better to do this via commands whose execution time is not limited. They coined. Or run asynchronously via rebbit for example.
