What repository can be used instead packages.sury.org/php/?

Hello.

Can't update php from deb https://packages.sury.org/php/ Jessie main
Tried last week error Failed to fetch https://packages.sury.org/php/dists/stretch/InRelease
Thought is a communication problem, was postponed for today, again the same problem.

What could be the problem? Asked colleagues, they quietly updated packages.sury.org
What repository can I use in place packages.sury.org/php/ ? In Google all articles use packages.sury.org/php for updates not found analogue.

apt-get update

In General, the network and other repos work?
Yes, launched.
Other turnips work.
Comment in /etc/apt/sources.list. line
#deb <a href="https://packages.sury.org/php/">https://packages.sury.org/php/</a> stretch main

@Mae_Gusikows, updated already. And the link you gave used.
And this is a rare case when such a simple problem, but can't Google the solution. Very strange. - trisha_Larson commented on April 4th 20 at 13:09
@trisha_Larson, manually, from the browser, open? - Mae_Gusikows commented on April 4th 20 at 13:12
@Mae_Gusikows, Yes, you can click the link, it opens fine - trisha_Larson commented on April 4th 20 at 13:15
@trisha_Larson,
you can click the link, it opens fine

I have open, I suspected something with your computer.

I would add debug or in config /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/
Debug::Acquire::http to true;
Debug::pkgAcquire::Auth true;
Debug::Hashs true;

or a startup parameter

apt-get-o Debug::pkgAcquire::Auth=true .... - Mae_Gusikows commented on April 4th 20 at 13:18
@Mae_Gusikows, with the settings also tried ) - trisha_Larson commented on April 4th 20 at 13:21

This may happen if the specified site is blocked, for example, RCN or ISP that Russia is not surprising. Checked by the http request to the specified website and ping. If not, then at least anastaisa apt - the problem is not solved.
