How can I remove all tags "a" from the code?

For example here's the code:
<p><a href="LINK1">text</a></p>
<p><a href="ссылка2">text</a></p>
<p><a href="ссылка3">text</a></p>
<p><a href="ссылка4">text</a></p>

I want to use the editor to select and delete all tags a href="...." time. The problem is that each of them contains a unique link. Highlight and delete just all tags "" there is no problem. But how to distinguish despite the different content in href="". Whether it is possible to allocate from a start tag "a" to the closing ">"?

Solution
<a href="[^"]+">[^<]+</a> with "Regular expresion" in "search mode", of course.
Thus stands out like everything, what is between the tags too.
And I can tell then what expression to use to remained only the information between tags.
Ie
find: <a href="link">Text between tags</a>
replace the text between the tags
So using regular expression to leave only text between tags. - Herman40 commented on April 4th 20 at 13:06
In the search bar: <a href="[^"]+">([^<]+)</a>
In the replacement string: \1 - Jerrod.Herzog commented on April 4th 20 at 13:09
@Jerrod.Herzog, so everywhere is one, but I need values between attributes remained untouched - Herman40 commented on April 4th 20 at 13:12
Hmm. Perhaps you have a too old version of Notepad++ does not understand the \1. Then use the string $1. Or you changed the search string to a new, <a href="[^"]+">([^<]+)</a>? - Jerrod.Herzog commented on April 4th 20 at 13:15
@Jerrod.Herzog, $1 helped, thanks a lot - Herman40 commented on April 4th 20 at 13:18
