Why different dates in node.js and a browser?

Use nuxt.js c ssr. I have to login, after successful login cookies are set.
For expires date comes in this format 2020-01-20 19:09:46 +03:00

To cook on server and client 1, format options, namely:
{
 expires: new Date(expireAt),
}

But the server(node.js) parses a date in this format
2020-01-20T16:05:40.000 Z
and the client like this:
Mon Jan 20 2020 19:09:46 GMT+0300 (Moscow standard time)

What to cook is normally client and server side immediately become rotten. Help to understand how to bring a date to a common format

This is 2 of the same date in different formats. You can see for yourself
console.log(new Date ('Mon Jan 20 2020 19:09:46 GMT+0300').getTime() == new Date('2020-01-20T16:05:40.000 Z').getTime());
