Flew a GUI on Ubuntu 18 how to recover!?

I tried to put wine, wanted to emulate photoshop to layout sites on Linux. After installing through the terminal immediately removed Firefox, Explorer and a couple of apps.
Tried to reload, only gives the console shell. Help return GUI, I have this system encrypted by a separate railway system (ssd, files are not very important, and a separate skriptovani railway)
If you have to perestanavlivat Ubuntu, I can then decrypt the railway with the new system? Or you need to get with the old encryption key?! Need help!

Solution
The easiest way to purchase a new SSD. You put it on the OS. Then mount the old given the encryption options ( here we have to strain to remember the encryption method and passphrase) and copy everything to the new location.
If I understand you correctly, I can safely demolish the data on the SSD and reinstall the system, and when loaded with a new easy to decrypt the HDD. Used standard encryption method in Ubuntu, even in the standard application "Disks"(or something like that) was a lock for decryption. The password remember. Please clarify on this point. It is very important to save the HDD - Elmo.Zieme commented on April 4th 20 at 13:09
@Elmo.Zieme, I unfortunately cannot guarantee this. In any case, the recovery process should always have a plan B. Ie your error should not result in the loss of "all at once". A game with discs and installation is always a big risk. Even experienced system administrators every 5 years suck and Bang useful information. - Angela_Donnel commented on April 4th 20 at 13:12

@Elmo.Zieme try
sudo apt --fix-broken install
sudo apt-get update

well, as usual
sudo apt-get install xfce

or
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-unity-desktop

I don't know what was the shell you have

It is simply Wine to install.
Here's my article on it (based on his Wiki)
