So there is a pretty old PC. In 3D MAX is relatively complex scenes revolve well. But in Blender or Modo viewport starts to lag noticeably, and in some places to hang out despite the fact that the scenes are simple, Polycom is not enough.
Soobstvenno that affects smooth picture in the viewport? CPU or video card?
And what can you recommend to put (percent + graphics card) maximum budget, with a demand somewhere up to 1 million polygons in the scene, what would it all without lags flying. Programs which expect to run "Blender" and "MODO".
