Without using third-party API and lib that use third party API.

Google ps2pdf (no, not namely, this utility that works with GhostScript).
It calmly installs on any Linux server, and one team (from blaze) shakes the offered file to the desired requirements (-dPDFSETTINGS=/ebook, for example).
Interesting, thank you very much. - Rodrigo_Tremblay commented on April 4th 20 at 13:16

pdf is a final format, compression, or any processing not intended
Thanks for the reply. But then there are issues.
Um, and then how the services are working to shrink a pdf, if the final format?
And as pulled images and text? - Rodrigo_Tremblay commented on April 4th 20 at 13:18
And if to rearrange a couple of letters in the middle the word "ultimate" meaning statements will not change and will reflect the format even better) - Gussie.Daniel0 commented on April 4th 20 at 13:21

Perhaps, to tear apart, to reduce and "zagrakalyte" back
Tell me, please, what it means to "tear apart"?
What language is that? - Rodrigo_Tremblay commented on April 4th 20 at 13:20
