How to compile LESS/SASS CSS Code in VS?

Searched in the Internet and searched, but nothing normal. Went to our favourite Habr and also seems not found a similar issue (maybe bad looking).
There are ancient Greek tips from a furry 10-12 years on the margins of forgotten forums, but 19/20 of the year on the modern VS Code anything Yandex was not given to me on this topic.

How to compile less/sass css language? Say modern VS himself doing it, but I do automatically, nothing happens and the special feature in this program is something I can not find.

Thank you all in advance!

Do you need a collector type Gulp. Easier if you put the extension for VS Code type Live Sass Compiler
