I can recommend the books in higher mathematics in order to quickly refresh the knowledge for studying computational mathematics (numerical methods)?

Good day!
Advise, please, not abstruse textbooks/manuals/etc. sources of information in order to refresh knowledge of higher mathematics. Now start the study of computational mathematics and need to remember some points. Downloaded a few books, but either very dry, or the abundance of formulas with virtually no explanation, or little examples. As there is a full study (software engineering, remotely), just no time to download, start the book, and then again to find a new one. Maybe someone already have a good collection? Thanks in advance.

Try to watch the following math books:

1. Courant, Robbins "What is mathematics?". If you want to start from the beginning.
2. M. Y. Pantaev "mathematical analysis with a human face". If you want conversational style in presenting mathematical concepts.
3. Zorich "Mathematical analysis". If a more rigorous and formal presentation of the material you will be closer.
Thank you very much! - jorge_Blick commented on April 4th 20 at 13:16
