When loading the laptop says checking media?

When loading the laptop says checking mediaсначало showed on the screen: >>Start PXE over IPv4, Press [ESC] to EXIT I like to read pre-redmi file sitting waiting to see what would happen next, and then the message POPs up in a blue frame EFI Network 0 for IPv4 (28-D2-44-A7-16-05) boot failed [Ok] click OK, since no more action did not wait for a message appears >> Start PXE over IPv6, Press [ESC] to EXIT again, wait without doing anything a message appears again in the blue frame EFI Network 0 for IPv6 (28-D2-44-A7-16-05) boot failed [Ok] waiting for any action from the laptop and I press OK a message appears in the familiar blue frame Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failed Insert Recovery Media and Hit any key Then Select 'Boot Manager' to choose a new Boot Device or to Boot Recovery Media [Ok] click OK, you receive the Boot Manager which only one action can be performed is to choose the EFI PXE Network select it and went on new until you get a message that nothing was found and I must restart system No bootable device -- Please restart system and again for new rounds goes to infinity... tried probably 10 after circle immediately to press ESC all the same only a long wait for a new round is not necessary... What to do?! Please help!!!! And can this be fixed without losing data?

I decided a long time ago, but can someone be useful:
The problem will be held in three reasons:
1. Moved the cable from the hard drive( it has to be put back).
2. Dead hard disk(need to buy a new one).
3. Somehow deleted the partitions (the Windows Reinstallation will help current).
Actually, I accidentally deleted the partitions on the drive and had Windows install. I was approached a third option.
