What do you call the columns in the MySQL tables?

Often need something to call there key, order name and especially.
But it's reserved names. And how to be?
To call with some sort of prefix or what? Just ugly it turns out that the type of
 - id
 - article_name
 - description
 - author

And if you write the prefix to all the fields that really extends all then

1. Reserved words can be used by enclosing them in back quotes, `key`
2. name is a keyword, not reserved. And keywords are permitted as identifiers without quoting
