How to make freeradius to accept an SSH passwords from openldap?

Use openldap to authenticate users in all sorts of different services (redmine, confluence, ssh on the server)
Connected to this case freeradius to authorize Wi-Fi in the office, as well as VPN connections from the outside. Everything is fine, everything works, but there's only one problem - the passwords in ldap are stored in plaintext, they can spy and generally it is somehow frivolous. In the end they decided to encrypt an SSH look. Almost nothing broke down due to the encryption, except for periods of authorisation, which go through freeradius. He can't chew ssha passwords may need additional configuration freeradius for this case.
