If you have not formalized a service level of the VC with whom you do not know what to do - give it to me, I will understand.
But seriously, by the time you will be able to reach that level - the question you'll have to ask random guys on the toaster and competent, hired for a lot of money to lawyers.

As a result of intellectual property, but there will be no site and code.
What is the website domain or the source code?
And if a service with paid services, it is clearly must be a legal entity that can receive payments and pay taxes. But if the service is used to attract money/income, then such a site can be any registers (depending on country).

The website did not issued legally is just a tool - like a refrigerator or a TV in the office.
Issued by the company.
Go to tax and register. They can tell you what papers to fill out.
If too lazy to run and understand - go to the firm which is engaged in the services of registration of legal entities, pay them, and they'll fix it "turnkey".
