Solution
If you have not formalized a service level of the VC with whom you do not know what to do - give it to me, I will understand.

But seriously, by the time you will be able to reach that level - the question you'll have to ask random guys on the toaster and competent, hired for a lot of money to lawyers.

As a result of intellectual property, but there will be no site and code.
What is the website domain or the source code?

And if a service with paid services, it is clearly must be a legal entity that can receive payments and pay taxes. But if the service is used to attract money/income, then such a site can be any registers (depending on country).

The website did not issued legally is just a tool - like a refrigerator or a TV in the office.
Issued by the company.
Go to tax and register. They can tell you what papers to fill out.
If too lazy to run and understand - go to the firm which is engaged in the services of registration of legal entities, pay them, and they'll fix it "turnkey".
Thanks for the reply! This has been discussed here.
It is clear you can go to tax or register through the website services..
The question is not in the registration process, in the other.
Do I have to register it in Russia?
Or to start in Russia, and if "the process will go", to change the jurisdiction?

@donavon_Gleason28,
Do I have to register it in Russia?
How do I know what you need?
Register where it is easier and more profitable.

Or to start in Russia, and if "the process will go", to change the jurisdiction?
Why? - Carmela.Koelpin commented on April 4th 20 at 13:30
@Carmela.Koelpin, to avoid "setups", lock, raider attacks.. - donavon_Gleason28 commented on April 4th 20 at 13:33
@donavon_Gleason28,
to avoid "setups", lock, raider attacks..
What???
How is it relevant to register a company?

It depends entirely on yield - if the company brings a large income will surge, and raiderski attack.
If the income will be small - will not. For anyone, it nafig not surrendered. - Carmela.Koelpin commented on April 4th 20 at 13:36

@donavon_Gleason28, Yes please.
The country is not independent.
All the same everywhere. As soon as there is a serious income, so once there are people who want to squeeze the business.
The only difference is how it is done. In some countries, just people will come with guns and some just come the lawyers, the bailiffs.

Just there is a widespread belief that Russia is supposedly overcome business easier than anywhere else.
This is not true.
Business will press equally effectively in Somalia in the United States.
Just in Somalia, it is doing half-naked people from the Kalash, and in the USA successful businessmen in a decent suit.

Watch the movie Pretty woman with Richard Gere - an old movie, he was there just playing the role of professional Rayder. - Carmela.Koelpin commented on April 4th 20 at 13:42
