Pfsense is also/opnsense on virtualbox much to the downside performance?

No extra coins have to get out.
want to put opnsense on virtualbox under win2003
task balancing the two Stonegate connections to providers and cutting speed
network Gigabit that is, the peak load can reach 200 megabits
percent on the host i5 650 rarely loaded above 20%

wisdom is nice
but not everything depends on us
the question is to say there is something? - ellis commented on April 4th 20 at 13:32
@ellis, it Is :) If you expand the statement above, You put your network security depend on the presence/absence of holes in windowas version of VB that You are running.

As to the speed drop - depends on what kind of network card will be emulated. If pfsense is also supports the version of VB Addons (or whatever it's called package, which distributes guest wood), the reap to deliver the paravirtual driver and the delay will be minimal. If does not support - then it will be likely to e1000 - and there will be a full virtualization, which will give large, on any parametrului card delay. As they are large in numbers, hard to say, the criterion of truth is practice. - Emmie.Veum98 commented on April 4th 20 at 13:35

Why you need a spacer because of the VB? But I'd buy something like a mikrotik hex and put separately.
