How to sachetti function call when clicking on the created JS selector?

There is a function which is called when you click anywhere on the block.
There is a function which creates the selector and puts it inside this block. Clicking on this selector hanged another function.
And in the end run both functions when clicking on the created selector. How to prevent function call the main unit?
