Why after treatment gulp not working styles?

There is a project, established a gulp,js, and plugins:
var gulp = require('gulp');
var concatCss = require('gulp-concat-css');
var rename = require("gulp-rename");

gulp.task('default', function () {
 return gulp.src('css/*.css')
.pipe(concatCss("styles/styles.css"))
.pipe(rename("styles/fullstyles.min.css"))
.pipe(gulp.dest('out/'));
});

Ie gulp in my project continiued Normalize.css and Style.css (both are already compressed, i.e. inficirovannye) and renames the file to the output. After Galp are all worked, I transferred the file (fullstyles.min.css) to your css folder and connected to HTML, but some styles don't work, specifically everywhere gone background. and some styles. What could be the problem?

P. S. style.css which was concatenati I wrote using the preprocessor Less.

uppdate: I Noticed that the Galp somehow append ../ to let me go to background images

Judging by the code You published, the errors should not be. In addition to "syntactic dirt" You have nothing there. Try immediately to get used to the style, the use of one and the same place double and single quotes You one day will destroy and You will spend hours looking for a needle in a haystack.
Cant definitely in Your impulse to shrink files in one place, then in another place to unite them and then another to take it's all hands to push in the third place. If we assume for example, that You likewise set up Your working environment, then You can be "anything" and still "plenty of options".
About the ways in buck: if you kodite handles, keep in mind the structure of the project and her dance, if You using the editor or IDE, then ))) if they are not set they may be smarter than You, and not in Your favor (most likely it is autofix paths that You missed in quantum jumps to the place of implementation of the tasks).

I hope I have not offended You and didn't hurt, we all learned... but I'm sure if You make it after his travels across the expanses of the Internet in search of the truth to your question again and read this, then You will benefit. The Internet has a lot of dirt and you should try to fix it. The truth on the surface in the description and instructions that the developers, unlike You, spend time precisely to exclude such situations.
