Webview for iOS allows to store resources?

A game developed by means of web (front - html5/css3/js that interacts with a php server model api, receiving json formatted data (pure data with no html).
Is it possible to take the whole front (html, css, js, graphics) to create from it a build and release a game app for iOS?
Do I understand correctly that this is possible by using Webview component?
I.e. throw in a folder the whole front, and a custom webview to work with that folder?
If so, what are the pitfalls then there is this method in comparison with native features?
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Possible. You can even tie the database pushi and handoff.
But the EPL does not transmit such applications.
Application on the same ionicframework published without problems on both platforms. So it's not the type of application depends. - Hazle_Kutch86 commented on April 7th 20 at 10:47

@ursula.Schmitt74, it doesn't say that all code on the server (and that was the limit), provided that there is js, html, etc. which interact with the server through the API. If js, html, etc. packaging with cordova that is still ionic. - Hazle_Kutch86 commented on April 7th 20 at 10:53
