How to paste text into the dialogue wraps tags in WebStorm?

Raskochegarit WebStorm I began to write and here such ambush!

Choose a tag, open the dialog wraps the tag (Surround), trying to insert into the input box to copied the name of the class type ".promo", and instead of paint I selected a tag enclosed in
Empirically found out that all versions since the 17th inclusive - have a school. Now I use 16 version there Surround works fine.

Need some tricky shortcut to use it, or the guys in JB all permanently broke?

Though do not use this trick, but it works perfectly.
Please specify what exactly is the problem? From the screenshots.

Opened dialogue Surround Emmet and put the point:

Pressed Command-V, the dialogue is stupidly off, nothing turned out:
