How to create a blog application?

I want to create a blog application or application website in C# on the phone, but can't find on the Internet anything on this topic. Prompt, please, what resources to look at. And another question: how you implement that in the blog application people can add news and they appear to all have downloaded?

@felipa79, the Difference is small. Take Samarin as above advised. And just display the view.

However it is easy for me, and probably difficult for you to be. Contact, basically it's my business, will do for cheap - leda14 commented on April 7th 20 at 11:00

and the meaning of the blog on your phone???
if for yourself - the commonly used apps like OneNote, you can fumble his content to other users. OneNote is on Android, syncs with desktop and fumbles content through OneDrive. there are many other applications, but OneNote is convenient for those who for desktop runs under Windows, and is considered to be the best app in terms of functionality. the only drawback - not the easiest app
And another question: how you implement that in the blog application people can add news and they appear to all have downloaded?
the fact of the matter is that no backend , no how. this is usually the functionality of the blog on the web site. it is not clear why you want it the app. but if anything, reframe the goal is remove the word blog, replace it with a client-server application. then once it becomes easier to select the required technologies. it is possible to consider examples of real-time chat, their network is not so little. in particular, based on SignalR

ps if you want to do without servers is possible in principle. but will be much more difficult - will have to develop p2p technologies. if you are not an expert in programming in General and this area in particular, your goal will be postponed for years. you burn yourselves out and/or idea will become irrelevant.

the Council web site-blog or app + Web API Asp.Net (+ SignalR if you need realtime) or order from the pros
