How to make the background positioning?

you can see how from one unit into another background, how is this done, yet few ideas in mind, pictures insert is not an option I consider needed something using color to communicate. Thanks in advance!

Solution
linear-gradient to the desired angle and forward. Calculate the dimensions as needed.
https://jsfiddle.net/kqats0py/ here size is just so, the first thing that came to mind.
For example, here I have

@lamont.Murazik, you can put this background in the pseudo-element of the second section and move to the height of the protruding corner.
You can set it to wrap both sections and count on js.
