For php uses apache, python uwsgi/gunicorn, which server application to use in conjunction with Nginx to work with C++/C on the web, found only through CGI/FastCGI but I've heard that this is old stuff.
Question about the logic/sense to use C++/C on the web, please do not raise, thank you.

What kind of nonsense I just read? Which web server to use to work with ... a programming language? This is generally a separate entity - much like a car spring :) As rightly said @evie - you can write your own if the children enough. Or extension for Apache, which is not for php, but just the web server for General purposes. This is about how to say - Toyota is a car for passengers :)

Um... You can in C++ to write a web server... And use Nginx as a proxy server for distribution of images and other "static".
