Ddos protection standard control panel tools ISP?

Panel ISP manager tab in the WWW domains (if you select any domain name), you have the option to Include protection against DDoS attacks (to Include protection against DDoS attack with nginx mod_limit_req). When you enable the DDoS protection will block any IP address. IP address blocked for 5 minutes on all ports. This option is ddos protection for a specific site (which can be a lot on the server).

When enabled, this option displays parameters that need to be filled:
  • The number of requests per second from one IP address
  • The maximum burst size

Prompt, please, the optimal values of number of queries and the size of the splash? Values needed convincing not to accidentally fire on visitors, but only if certainly started a ddos attack.

This is set depending on the website.
Hire an admin, because on different pages of the website need different limits. This is not done, all with the same brush.
It is not even the limit, you can filter and on the outskirts. On the core. - jacey_Gleason commented on June 10th 19 at 14:30
