How to fix an error in WP /wp-json/wp/v2/users/me?_locale=user 403?

Did MultiSet on the EP, installed the plugin to disable the REST API , but I realized that nothing made a rollback yesterday and stumbled on this error when editing a page, and generally when you save changes, it always comes out this error only with different queries. Before that everything worked, I think maybe because of the MultiSite, you do not want to roll back to the old version so much work into the trash.
I can tell, maybe someone had this error and how did you fix the problem?

It seems that the broken authorization. Check
  1. .htaccess and wp-config.php on the subject of something that should not be there
  2. Reinstall the very core of the EAP.
