How to send a file from one site to another?

Good time of day. There are 2 website publicly available one external, the second internal website in LAN. Sites revolve in different places (I mean not on the same machine). on both sides both NGINX website with php. My job is to give my existing PDF file to the external website, as it can be the right thing to do...

At the dumbest option echo file_get_contents('http://адрес file on the internal server');
And if for example to give the script... that would not pull the files from the balls to the site - serena commented on April 7th 20 at 11:06
where did you see "to drag a file with the balls on the ball"? - bradley commented on April 7th 20 at 11:09
@bradley, it's Just the files are not on the same machine as the site, I'm going to drag the balls from - serena commented on April 7th 20 at 11:12
look, the logic behind the systems people taught?
and you're a systems analyst, not a boy don't run errands, nephew cleaners aunt Wali?

how do you think this imaginary script from an external site needs to give the files from internal, not "moving" them? teleport or something? - bradley commented on April 7th 20 at 11:15
@bradley, the Ball is mounted in the root directory, NGINX has access. The internal website I have given these files to anyone they want. I'm on this and ask if you can not moving the files with balls in the site directory to transfer them to an external website - serena commented on April 7th 20 at 11:18
@bradley, to be Moved and give a link to the file I can do and already done. - serena commented on April 7th 20 at 11:21
again I repeat my question.
where are you in my reply I saw "pull the file with the balls in the site directory"? - bradley commented on April 7th 20 at 11:24
@bradley, I'm telling you, now that would give the desired file I copy it from the balls in the folder available on the internal website and give the link to it external. Whether it is possible to do without copying - serena commented on April 7th 20 at 11:27
then you have the question is not about external, but about the inside? - bradley commented on April 7th 20 at 11:30
@bradley, Yes, all necessary files are in the network internal website. - serena commented on April 7th 20 at 11:33
I have no words.
Half an hour, you tricked me talking about an external site, but it turned out that the problem you have with internal.
Of course, I used to tupizne on the toaster but this is difficult to remember - bradley commented on April 7th 20 at 11:36

A sysadmin is not just made publicly available and internal sites of the company - namely, to the internal files of the company not uncontrollably leaked to the public.

CMS(content management system) on your public website should be able to upload files so that they automatically appear with links to pages. At least on your public site to be access via ftp (you need to know the username and password), you can manually download the files and fix the page so that they were links to download/view these files.

Solution: either upload files via ftp, or through the functionality of the CMS. Better to ask a sysadmin or someone you has been supporting the public website, not to accidentally violate "corporate ethics" :)
Soon after CMS. as for me the extra steps to drive files. And there is the website support guys and let them dispose of them - serena commented on April 7th 20 at 11:08
Thanks for the reply! - serena commented on April 7th 20 at 11:11
Funny thing is, it seems to just have the "sysadmin" :) - bradley commented on April 7th 20 at 11:14

Can from the local machine to the remote to let SSHFS. Throw in the LAN file and it becomes available on remote. And is decide what to do with this file, for example, to copy itself to the file system by the crown or that event.
