How to fix a compile error python application: "Unable to find PyQt5\Qt\translations\qtwebengine_locales"?

Write a small application in python using PyQt5. During compiling with pyinstaller fails with the following:
(base) E:\vOICe\dbtest>pyinstaller --onefile
117 INFO: PyInstaller: 3.6
117 INFO: Python: 3.7.4 (conda)
119 INFO: Platform: Windows-10-10.0.17763-SP0

18483 INFO: Loading hook module ""...
Unable to find "E:\anaconda\lib\site-packages\PyQt5\Qt\translations\qtwebengine_locales" when adding binary and data files.

In ./7 are translations of the localization files webengine. In the project it is not activated. How to fix? What's wrong? The Internets are silent about it.
Imports in the project, if suddenly will help:
from io import BytesIO
import sqlite3
import sys
from PyQt5.Qt import (QFont)
from PyQt5.QtWidgets import (
 QApplication, QWidget, QPushButton,
 QLabel, QLineEdit, QTextEdit, QGridLayout, QComboBox,
 QFileDialog, QTableWidget, QTableWidgetItem, QHeaderView)
from PyQt5.QtGui import (Qpixmaps, QRegExpValidator)
from PyQt5.QtCore import (Qt, QRegExp)
from datetime import (datetime)

UPD: On another machine all Campillos. I see one option is to conduct a full reinstall the primary machine. Any idea why all the same error?

UPD 2: After reinstalling the problem remained. Using pip in ./anaconda localization files specifically WebEngine is not set (localization, other plugins available).

Helped a single installation of WebEngine via:
pip install pyqtwebengine
