How to configure SNMP Debian to be seen The Dude?

I must say that experience with snmp no no.
Added package Mikrotik, and he was the dude server.
Hooked up to another dude Mikrotik - normal flight!
But I can not connect to the monitoring Debian.

What was done:
1) installed packages: snmpd snmp libsnmp-dev
2) In the /etc/snmp/snmpd.changed access conf: agentAddress udp:161,udp6:[::1]:161
3) Restarted the service

Received:
snmpwalk -v2c -c public localhost

That is, the data seems visible, but the tabs in snmp - empty.
