Ambassador deleting MySQL tables are stored if the indices?

Hi, there is a very complicated story, have a script that once a day deletes a table, creates it and populates. The script itself is not seen, it is not available to me, but ID records are always changing, and start with a 0 - apparently the removal of the table.

I need to handle these records, 64 000, handles, everything is OK, but the load on strong server... the hoster swears, waving ruchim etc.

From here two questions:
1. If a large load when you create an index on a table 64K in a text field?
2. If the index is removed along with the removal of the table?
went tinkering with sql, while I was writing - came up with the idea, but I would be grateful for enlightenment!

Solution
removed.
but 0 can be obtained without removal. just truncate.

the load may be caused not by the table without any indexes (65K records - quite a bit), and a processing script, which has been built incorrectly.

the load on strong server

load definitely not from 64K records in the database, and it is obvious from the fact that the script makes these records or before to create them, because 64K records nothing even for shared for 50 rubles which hosters waving their hands.
