How to adjust the fan speeds of the CPU to the Mat.motherboard Supermicro x8dal-i rev 2.0?

Greetings to all.
Need someone with a hood profit knowing a couple of good crutches.
Motherboard supermicro x8dal-i rev 2.0 need to adjust the fan speeds.
The fans operate in 2 modes. 10% speed and 100% speed. Actually if percent is below 40 degrees, the fans twist 10% speed. When the temperature reaches 40 degrees or above, fans cut in maximalise
the fan speed is not working, updated the bios, trying to change something there, nothing.

Pretty harsh, but the concrete option is to use Arduino to control the speed (the temperature value can be obtained as with a PC, and thermocouple)
Well, it's a desperate method. - Alfonso.Feeney commented on April 7th 20 at 11:13
Maybe the fans designed for these two modes. Tell me what you have a cooler and a fan on it? - Alisha.King commented on April 7th 20 at 11:16
