Solution
In IE - tools - Internet Options - Connections Tab - Lan Settings - Use proxy 127.0.0.1
Click advanced Add the allowed websites to the exceptions list

Will work for chrome. In Firefox same thing, only in the settings.

It is possible and to make policy and to roll on the entire domain
Haha, cool. Unexpected use, but will work :) ! To work as useful not only for chromium but also for all other browsers except FF and assemblies at its base. - Emmanuelle_Ward commented on April 7th 20 at 11:13
@olen, wrapping an unwanted host name to 127.0.0.1 for You, unexpected use?) - Dane_Mer commented on April 7th 20 at 11:16
@christine43for me, for example, surprise is the available exceptions list. Lock block list in hosts uncomfortable, because the whole Internet there is not to cram. - evangelin commented on April 7th 20 at 11:19
@christine43, No, unexpected use - use for the proxy settings :) - Emmanuelle_Ward commented on April 7th 20 at 11:22
@olen, black-hole is this method. - Annabelle commented on April 7th 20 at 11:25
