There are people who do and don't pass in 3 years, and a feeling that the new css&co was looking for last time in 2000. So it all depends on what level You were then.
I could say that:
sass pushes less confident
actively developing gulp
came out in beta bootstrap4
ie instead of the left edge, but the genes will not disappoint
went 3 jquery.x
svg graphics is gaining popularity
Ukraine has banned Yandex, VK and a lot of things
google has released google material design framework and it is now on everyone's lips, but in my sad shit and will be forgotten tomorrow. The principle of material design is super, but the framework is shit.
About the genes direct the voice to cry ))) - Kameron_Hilpert34 commented on June 10th 19 at 14:38

Are you planning to go or just interested?
If you go back, then I have some bad news. I make in a year in the army went nuts from the new, and you missed 3. A very large zoo of tools for pretender, will learn, but to see will be extremely helpful. At least in order to decide what you personally want to use.

And if you are just interested, then nobody will give a brief squeeze BEFORE and AFTER. Google what you remember and read the results. Usually everything is clear.
But based(HTML, CSS, JS), little has changed. CSS flex grid. JS - es6-8 - Kameron_Hilpert34 commented on June 10th 19 at 14:42
