Text wrapping fixed block?

Please tell me how to make text wrap a div block? Perhaps JS? In the process of scrolling text block should remain in its place

The picture ring indicator and 4 buttons. All together, the buttons and the indicator is in a div that has fixed position and hovers over the text. The text can be scrolled from a separate div with the buttons and indicator, but this text should not hide this div. I.e., the text ends at the top and continuing over the div without loss.
An example of the prototype while wrapping: https://jsfiddle.net/hcpumLt3/

Solution
In CSS this wrap does not do. But you can go a very chiropodomys way - to duplicate the text and scroll two blocks with content simultaneously. As in this example, only one plane, without the "reverse" transformation:

This will make smooth movement without jerks when rebuilding the elements in the DOM tree.
No wonder I called Bogacheva!

I understand that it's about the fact that the top from the unit to show the original text, and the bottom - up? - elaina commented on April 7th 20 at 15:26
@kianna_Friesen4can in the opposite direction - from the bottom original and top copy. There's not very important. - Sophia_Greenfelder commented on April 7th 20 at 15:29
Thank you all, but while waiting for a response, the concept has changed: instead of ring indicator to be used is linear and the buttons and the indicator will be ranked at the bottom of the page without overlapping the text - camille.Trantow57 commented on April 7th 20 at 15:32
