Why CMD file finds program (EncFSMP, the problem with paths)?

In the folder are 2 files
ffmpeg.exe
video_info.cmd

Text video_info.cmd
ffmpeg -i original_video.mp4

Usually, when you start video_info.cmd everything works.
Everything works on a normal local drive. Works for some encrypted (mounted) disks.
But does not work on EncFSMP.

I put these files on the mounted program EncFSMP disk. Now, when you start video_info.cmd I see the message, which was not there before:
"Windows can't verify the publisher. Do you want to run this program?" and below
"This file does not have a valid digital signature". Oh well, run and see in the console the message:
"ffmpeg is not an internal or external command, operable program or batch file".

Change in ffmpeg.exe
ffmpeg.exe -i original_video.mp4
And everything works.

Why CMD does not work for standard ffmpeg?

Some problems with paths? How to fix it?

Specify the full path to the file or changing to the directory with the executable file, run it from the current location:
# cd D:\КАТАЛОГ\
# .\ffmpeg -i original_video.mp4
Thanks for the reply, but still it's a strange solution to the problem.
I find it easier to rename the file with ffmpeg in ffmpeg.exe than to prescribe to him the full path. - orlando.Lesch58 commented on April 7th 20 at 15:29
