I do not quite understand what the data mean. But, you can. In your extension code should be clearly spelled out:
- What resources the extension has access. For example to execute
fetch to some server. When you install this extension, the browser will inform you that this extension asks for access to such sites.
- With what resources the extension can load the scripts or something. For example, for Analytics. Here, the browser will not ask the user for permission. In any case, not previously asked.
The browser will not allow access to some resource if in the manifest of extension, it is not specified.
In the extension settings, browser shows what resources the extension requests access. And depending on the browser you can lock it to a particular resource. Or to all resources at once.
