Telegram. bot, the user response if a message contains the word?

Trying to make telegram the bot, the bot need to send the sticker to the user if the message contains the word, and not to meet fully how to implement it?
Use pyTelegramBotAPI.
Example, a user sends a message, and if at least some part of the message is the word "he" in sent chat sticker. At the moment, sends a sticker, if the user message consists only of Dima. Please help to understand. Can't find the answer anywhere.

 if name in message.text.lower():

@bot.message_handler(func=lambda message: 'Dima' in the message.text.lower(), content_types=['text'])
