How important is the certificate of graduation for employment in the field of GameDev?

At the moment I'm 16 years of age, could not finish the 9th grade...
The fact that I don't understand the theme for the 8th, 9th classes, I was always interested in programming, I understand all sorts of tangents and formulas of Pythagoras.
I'm terribly in school because to me it's not the most interesting, but I my free time I spend studying Unity, C#, I can say "Grief" programming.
I will certainly try, but if I didn't even finish the 9th, but in a few years "sweaty" learn programming will reach a high level, I'll get to work on GameDev without certificate?
PS First time here, a little scary, if you do not say something, do not throw Slippers)

Game development isn't the way you imagine it.

Let's do so.

You can write to the toy, for example a simple ball to ball on the screen moved according to the laws of physics, that is, so it is accelerated, slowed down, jumped up and visually it would look natural?

(hint, for this we need to understand mathematics, including the Pythagorean theorem, tangent, cotangent).

The school program is VERY simple compared to modern programming. If even with that you can't cope - how can you unity something that is really working to do?

> I take a job in GameDev without certificate?
Take to work those who know how to do something.
In any job (whether game development or biznesov), there are a huge number of dull and uninteresting tasks.
Therefore, what you take, will study topics 8-9 class and finish school, it will be proof at least that you know how to work on yourself, to force yourself to do uninteresting things and finish them, not to throw halfway.

I would take myself to the work of a man who didn't graduate from College, and after graduating from high school can show a ready-made interesting finished projects.

But I would not take a man who can't even finish school, and studying in the 8-9 class has finished working interesting projects.

The passport - do not care. But without knowledge of the Pythagorean theorem in game development you don't need anyone. I'm serious. Projection, geometry, trigonometry, vector algebra - it's all the right things.

As proof, my favorite article on habré - https://habr.com/ru/post/131931/
I would add linear algebra - "how to determine if intersects the straight line a triangle, both located in three-dimensional space". Scalar and vector product of vectors. Well, so much more.

As well as the concept of time complexity of the algorithm... in short, the entire list even for a night not to write. - aron.Au commented on April 7th 20 at 15:41
