How to connect 2 jquery and isolated from the rest of the JS script site?

The situation is, write a plugin, it can be installed on any website by using a connect script.
Want to simplify your code and include jQuery in the plugin.
Need right in the script somehow to include jQuery and make it not broke the site. In General, it is desirable to isolate.
It is not clear that the scheme with noConflict
If I do this:
var dom = {};
dom.query = jQuery.noConflict(true);
It will take all the parent jQuery in the dom.jquery? and the code in website where you put the script might break. Tell me how can I improve?

Here's a similar question:
How to connect two versions of jQuery?

In General, it is desirable in such cases and generally to write on pure javascript. Still better somehow...
well kapets do not want to clean to write. - magnus.Kulas commented on April 7th 20 at 15:40
@Lydia.Hamill69, over time, this unwillingness to be held, when will come the realization that vanilla is better because it is a pure version of the language, not the library implements the same as clean. When I see a plugin or any thing cool with using Jquery, just drop it, delete and forget. Only in rare cases you can catch yourself thinking that you can rewrite, as well as to repeat the same thing, only without Jquery - it's possible, of course, if it's worth it. - lester21 commented on April 7th 20 at 15:43
