Why Remote App and any label from the RDP does not run on the client computer?

On single-user computers in the local network of the enterprise ceased to run shortcuts Remote App and RDP, when you start there are no errors, just silence. If separately to connect via a remote desktop connection to all the rules. WINDOWS 10 LTSB.

@edward_Murazi, Checked, all OK... so far have found only one solution. Disconnect from the domain, delete the folder for that user and re-connect to the domain. But still I would like to know what the problem is - kayden.Hermann8 commented on April 7th 20 at 15:44
@Trevion_Schuster, most likely, delete the directory of AppData for problematic applications - coty_Labad commented on April 7th 20 at 15:47
@Daphnee_RobertsYou mean on the client or terminal server? If on the client side, please tell me where is the folder in AppData for the Remote App or for mstsc.exe ? - kayden.Hermann8 commented on April 7th 20 at 15:50
@Trevion_Schuster, the same place where and always.

@ramiro, This is understandable, but after what the AppData folder is it? Or mean to raze the entire AppData folder ? - kayden.Hermann8 commented on April 7th 20 at 15:56
@Trevion_Schuster,
Disconnect from the domain, delete the folder for that user and re-connect to the domain.

The computer output from a domain is not necessarily enough to get out from under the problem user to log in as a user with administrator rights.
remove(rename) the user folder from C:\Users and the branch of the registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\{%USER_GUID%}.
If you delete the registry branch and the folder does not delete created a new folder(when logged in) with the name Username.domain or Username.domain.00X. - melyssa_Pfeffer commented on April 7th 20 at 15:59
@edward_MuraziTurns after that, someone who was not working Remote App, it will be from scratch? Like he was in uchetku came the first time? - kayden.Hermann8 commented on April 7th 20 at 16:02
@Trevion_Schuster, be a new clean profile. I somehow had to synchronize user folders between two terminal servers. Here are the actual folders I synced via DFS, and the registry entries using a script in PS.
It turns out that the user profile is completely transferred to another server where the user could theoretically enter, and everything worked without jambs. - melyssa_Pfeffer commented on April 7th 20 at 16:05
