How to put the coordinates of the cities?

I have a large number of names of cities that I have safely received via vk api.My problem is that for these cities, I need coordinates, country and region(if available).Knowledgeable in parsing people tell me where to put the data?
Maps Api-type geopy, geocoder will not help as there is a limit on requests per day,and the base cities for a few million items.Thought like anything with Google kartyli with Yandex maps to spars, but have not found a sensible conversation on this topic.Point in the right direction pliz

Try to pull data from the openstreetmap.
Snapshot of their database available for free.
Here is a thing for import into posgtres. I must say that apart from it there is osm2pgsql, which does roughly the same thing.
On the OSM Wiki you can find tags, which marked the point cities. And then you may have your list of names is not necessary, and there they (the city), and in multiple languages.

Here, by the way, there was even a question about filtering on this resource.

That was the idea, but the structure of the wiki is not too static, well, just so very. Here is the city of Watsons Creek,Vicky sees this city but coordinates I do not see - Tristian85 commented on April 7th 20 at 15:47
