Why the screen of iPhone 7 is burning black?

So, I crawled around in the browser, looking for something, but all of a sudden, the screen stopped showing a picture, and just glows black. Searching the web, I've tried everything from restarting to restoring via iTunes. Nothing helped. 80% confident that the problem is in the software, as the phone may fall, was exposed to water and so on. The latest mechanical failure - cracked front glass 4 days ago. Help I would be grateful.

If you tried restoring through Itunes - ie flashed the phone, 99% removed the problem software.
One of the variants of the problem -
1. Died the video chip on the motherboard (not repaired - replacement circuit Board - solder the chip expensive)
2. The problem with the Flex cable display module which is mounted to the Board(decays or frays - train changes)
3. The problem with the generator light (perebivaetsya)
4. The problem with the module(change to Chinese module, which is not worse than the original)

The most appropriate option if you are sure that coped with the task and correctly entered the phone in DFU and flashed it - to carry in service center on diagnostics.
