Whether avoid blocking for copyright infringement on your website?

Hello. Own a website with a large volume of images. The material you can tell was produced by the method parse(downloaded). The images had watermarks, which I successfully removed. In the subsequent put your watermark. In the image the written text of a scientific nature. Is it possible to avoid blocking adsense/LV etc after performing the above actions? In fact I removed all the symbols with the images and they seem to look clean.

When You will have to sue the copyright holders, it is important to have:
- legal or physical person owns the website;
did the website business services in the administration which used the copyright;
the amount of damage counted examination is appointed by the rights holder.
From these factors and will depend on:
- whether to contact You;
- whether You a fine;
- whether You a sentence involving imprisonment (even if suspended).
Think for yourself, decide for yourself: to have or not to have... (C)

Removing watermarks, you have confirmed your intention. Now wait until one of the present owners of the images will not find your website. And then it depends on this owner, maybe just lazy to complain to your hosting provider and search engines. More active can sue you in court.

Definitely, that you chose the riskier path. Whatever it was, but you took someone else's. That someone else could lie in the network is not needed by anyone or a long-forgotten But once watermarks stood, his thought was his own.
a) If you take nothing and to contact you, no one will.
b) But if you see in advertising (ie - convict in the obvious desire to earn what belongs to them, not you) then just decide that you have money can be. And the smell of money, you know... will Cause you some interest.
Well, take the risk or not - only you can decide.

Whether avoid blocking for copyright infringement on your website?
  • Blocking a website RKN is the decision of the court. Here a lot depends on whether you broke the law.
  • Lock any site different private firms - exclusively at the request of these offices. There are not matter you broke something or not. It is enough that your actions did not like, or the mood was bad since morning, and therefore blocked.
